Update information on COVID-19 cases in Hubei on June 22, 2022

Neither local nor inbound COVID-19 case was reported on June 22.One inbound asymptomatic carrier from Pakistan was identified. Yesterday saw no suspected case or death. No patient was discharged from hospital, nor was anyasymptomatic carrier from medical observation.

As of 24:00, June 22, neither local case nor suspected case was hospitalized in the designated medical institution. No local asymptomatic patient wasunder medical observation.

Two inbound cases with mild symptoms were receiving treatment in the designated medical institution. 12 inbound asymptomatic patientswere under medical quarantine.

A total of 63,887 patients were cured and discharged from hospital. 4,512 people died of the disease. A total of 68,401 cumulative confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in Hubei. 711 close contacts were still under medical quarantine.
