Lotus exhibition opens at East Lake Lotus Garden in Wuhan

The 2026 East Lake Lotus Exhibition opened on June 10 at the East Lake Lotus Garden in Wuhan, Hubei Province. The garden covers a total area of over 200 mu (approximately 13.3 hectares) and features more than 1,200 lotus varieties, which account for over 90 percent of the national total. The exhibition runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with tickets priced at 10 yuan per person. Discounts are available for seniors and students, while children aged 6 and under and seniors aged 65 and above enjoy free admission.
